Return and exchange policy
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your regular price product, you may exchange it within 30 days from your date of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Lashes should be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. In addition, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All exchanges must be sent with a valid tracking number. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You may then advise us of which product you would like in exchange, and we will ship the product within 2-3 days.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and are final sale.
