SALES

 

- All sales items are final, we don't accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds on any sale items.

- Orders cannot be modified, altered or canceled once they are placed.

- We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged products unless it is a manufacturing damage, which can be claimed for up to 24 hours after receiving the package. If you contact us after more than 24 hours have passed, we have the right to reject the claim.

- Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather

 

 

GENERAL INFO

 

- We work from Monday-Friday and orders take approximately 2-4 business days to ship. During high volume times such as sales or new releases, please allow up to 6 business days unless stated otherwise.

- Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order", it means that your entire order will be shipped the date the item arrives to our warehouse. If you order other items along with the "pre-order" item, they will also be delayed. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.

- All import fees, customs, taxes and any additional charges upon delivery are of the sole responsibility of the buyer

- Address changes are subject to modifications with 24 hours from when your order is placed. After 24 hours, We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses.

- We are not responsible for damaged products as a result of USPS mishandling.

- If the package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, you will receive a store credit for the subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping) If the package is mis-delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address left at checkout it is non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your regular price product, you may exchange it within 30 days from your date of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Lashes should be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. In addition, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All exchanges must be sent with a valid tracking number. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase, ALL exchanges MUST contact info@cavallilash.com before processing with an exchange. ALL exchange must sent to our exchange warehouse. Our associate will provide an exchange address once a exchanged is requested. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You may then advise us of which product you would like in exchange, and we will ship the product within 2-3 days.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! Manufacturing defects must be reported with 24 hours after marked "delivered". Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and are final sale.
