When will my order ship?

 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During high volume times such as sales or new releases, please allow up to 6 business days unless stated otherwise. *PREORDER ITEMS WILL SHIP OUT ACCORDING TO PREORDER DATE*

 

PREORDERS:

All preorders have an assigned preorder date. They are located on your order confirmation email beside the lash style name - for example: 'SCORPIO (PREORDER SHIPS APRIL 15TH)'

- Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order", it means that your entire order will be shipped the date the item arrives to our warehouse. If you order other items along with the "pre-order" item, they will also be delayed. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.

 

 

I received my tracking number today and it hasn't updated, how come?

All orders have a pre-shipment tracking label, once the package is picked up by the courier, it may take up to 48 hours to fully update.

 

 

Where is Cavalli Lash located?

 

We are based out of Toronto, Ontario. HOWEVER online orders are shipped out of our USA facility in New York (NY) and Oregon (OR)

 

 

I entered the wrong mailing address when placing my order!

 

If you have entered an incorrect address, please bring it to our attention admittedly. We start processing orders immediately to ensure that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise. We will make note of the change made to your order. We do NOT take responsibility for any lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

 

If you choose a shipping service with a tracking number during checkout, once processed and fulfilled an order fulfillment email accompanied with a tracking number is sent out to customers to inform them that their package has been shipped. We suggest ordering with a tracking number to ensure your package arrives safely.

 

ALL USA & CANADA ORDERS WILL COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

 

*To eliminate high shipping costs, all international orders are shipped WITHOUT a tracking number. If you would like to inquire about trackable shipments, please contact us at info@cavallilash.com !*

My package looks like it's lost in the mail, what can I do?

 

Please contact us If an order does not "show up" within 21 days of shipment with no tracking updates (up to 6 weeks for international orders), Please also contact your local post office.

 

Orders shown as "delivered" cannot be replaced, it is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders sent back to us due to insufficient address could be eligible for store credit. *Shipping cost at expense of the buyer*

 

 

How do I cancel my order?

 

To serve you better, Cavalli Lash will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

 

International customs fees, duties and taxes.

 

Cavalli Lash is shipped out from New York (NY) and Oregon (OR). Customers are responsible to pay any customs fees, duties and taxes. Cavalli Lash is not responsible any customs/international taxes.

 

 
 

My lashes arrived damaged!

 

Please contact us immediately! We are not responsible for damaged products unless it is a manufacturing damage, which can be claimed for up to 48 hours after delivery. If you contacts us after more than 48 hours have passed, we have the right to reject the claim. All lashes must still be in the original packaging & unworn to be eligible for a replacement lash
