Shipping & Returns Policy

 

General Information

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically ship within 2–4 business days. During sales or new launches, please allow up to 6 business days.
    We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Pre-Orders: Orders containing a pre-order item will ship once that item arrives. To receive other items sooner, please place separate orders.

  • Customs & Import Fees: All import duties, taxes, and additional delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We process orders as soon as they’re placed. Address changes after checkout are not guaranteed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a store credit (excluding shipping and taxes) will be issued. Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout cannot be refunded.

  • Tracking:
    All U.S. and Canadian orders include tracking.
    International orders are shipped without tracking to reduce costs. If you’d like a trackable international shipment, contact info@cavallilash.com before ordering.

Cavalli Lash is not responsible for lost packages or misdelivery due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Returns, Refunds & Sale Items

  • All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

  • We do not offer refunds on any purchase. If you’re unhappy with a regular-priced item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

To request a return:

  1. Email info@cavallilash.com with your order number.

  2. Ship your unused, unopened items in their original packaging (with packing slip) to:

Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Cavalli Lash does not provide prepaid return labels.
Returns must include tracking, as we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
Once received and inspected (allow 3–7 business days), store credit will be issued for eligible items.

If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund of the same item, subject to inspection.


Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

If your order exceeds the delivery timeframe below, contact info@cavallilash.com to file a claim:

  • USA: 21 days

  • Canada: 21 days

  • International: 45 days

Claims submitted before these timeframes will be denied by USPS.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.


Refused & Out-of-Stock Parcels

  • Refused shipments are subject to the original shipping charge plus return fees, deducted from any applicable credit.

  • If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the remaining items and refund the unavailable product(s) to your original payment method.
